How to Use Internet Reload? (To download the detailed Internet Reload Guide click HERE).

1. Set Up

The following are the steps necessary to enable EasyPark Internet Reloading:

• • If you have not registered to EasyPark, please go to www.easypark.bm and register (see "How to Register");
  • Register your EasyPark meter (must be our 2011 model with USB port). See "How to Register".
  • Update your profile to include the billing address used for your debit/credit card
  • Ensure your PC meets the following requirements:
    • Windows Xp, Vista or 7
    • Internet Explorer 8 or Fire Fox 3.5 or higher(note: a Mac running the above Windows and browsers can also be used)
    • Download the web browser plug-in and application driver
    • Activate the web brow ser plug-in ( See Tools>Manage Add-ons).

Internet Reloading will not be successful if the EasyPark application ha NOT been provided access through your firewall or exception status under your anti-virus software.  If you are unsure how to modify your firewall set up or your anti-virus software for EasyPark’s software, please disable them before attempting Internet Reloading.

Do you know the firewall status and type(s) of anti-virus software running on the PC you are using?

Please call our office (542-7000) for details of the ports and server addresses required to provide firewall access.

2. Reloading

Follow these steps to reload your EasyPark meter using Internet Reload:

• • Go to our website homepage (www.easypark.bm) and select "Top Up Online" on our home page
  • Sign on - enter your email address and password
  • Connect the USB cord to your EasyPark device and your PC. (Please ensure your device shows "USB, otherwise you willl need to reinstall the plug-in and application driver (see above). Please note: Do not disconnect your EasyPark device until the end of the reload process.
  • Select "Next", and Internet Reload should read and show the balance on your meter
  • Select the desired amount of top up
  • Enter your payment details: card number, expiry date and CSC (last 3 digits on back of card)
  • Confirm details for payment
  • Select "Confirm and Generate Receipt". Internet Reload will then load you EasyPark meter and generate a receipt showing the updated balance.
  • Disconnect your EasyPark meter and test to ensure the correct amount has been loaded.
