Why Register to EasyPark.bm?

Registering to EasyPark.bm will enable customers to take advantage of additional online services, including:

  • Access to subscription-based reporting that provides detailed parking information for cost control, in support of parking ticket defense or other needs. Report subscriptions are offered on either an ad hoc, quarterly or annual basis
  • Protection of your EasyPark parking device against theft or lost. By registering your unit online the end user will be able to make an online request for their unit to be blocked and marked as lost or stolen for confiscation purposes. Otherwise, customers will have to physically visit our office to provide original purchase and personal identification documentation in order to block their lost or stolen parking device
  • Online purchase of EasyPark parking meters and any related accessories
  • Access to our Knowledge Base that provides detailed insight to use of the EasyPark units and related services
  • Online support tickets. Customer can submit issues online and monitor related progress online
  • Timely access to information about changes to the EasyPark service or any special promotions we might offer
  • Top up your EasyPark device online.

 

How to Register My EasyPark Device?

After registering to EasyPark (see above), select the icon "My EasyPark Meters" and enter the eight digit EasyPark number shown on the face of your device; together with date of purchase, invoice number, place of purchase and any additional information you have. Then select "Enter" to register your device.

Note: each EasyPark device has a unique number and cannot be registered twice. So if you are registering a second-hand purchased device, please ensure the seller of the meter releases the EasyPark meter from their registered account.
