Question I cannot register my EasyPark meter. Error: "Device xxxxxxxx has already been registered by another user"
Answer A EasyPark meter can only be registered to one user. So, if you've purchased a second-hand unit, it is possible the unit is still registered to the previous owner. Please contact the previous owner and ask them to release the EasyPark meter to the general pool for reuse
If this is not the case, please contact our office (542-7000) to seek resolution.
