Using EasyPark Mobile

How does one pay for parking using EasyPark Mobile services?

Answer

1. Drivers register online via internet. To pay by phone, call our mobile service number 400-PARK (400-7275) or 452-PARK (452-7275). To pay by text messaging, write an SMS to 777-PARK (7275). To pay using the smartphone app, download the app "EasyPark Mobile Bermuda" from either iTunes or Google Play for iPhone and Android phones, respectively.
2. Once you are parked in your parking lot, either call our mobile service number 400-PARK (400-7275) or 452-PARK (452-7275) or write an SMS to 777-PARK (7275) or use the EasyPark Mobile smartphone app. Type in your zone number (located on the sign near the pay station, this number is different for every parking lot and can be saved to the smart phone app.) If time limits apply, EasyPark Mobile will send a text message 15 minutes prior to the expiration of your parking to remind you to either add time or get back to your car on time.
3. When you arrive back at your car either call our mobile service number 400-PARK (400-7275) or 452-PARK (452-7275) or write an SMS to 777-PARK (7275) or use the parking smartphone app to end the parking session. Similar to using EasyPark Meters, there is no need to estimate the amount of time you need to park, instead you are only charged for the time you ac-tually park.
