Answer Using Pay by Phone means you don't need to walk to a traditional parking meter and back to your car to leave a receipt on your dashboard. As long as you use the Pay by Phone service correctly, you should not be fined. However, you must display the EasyPark Mobile sticker in your front left window. Failing to display this sticker can lead to a ticket. Stickers can be obtained from Cityhall, Cellone retail outlets or our office.
